Anywhere Theatre Company Presents a Spine-Chilling Halloween Premiere: Sherlock Holmes and the Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Tarrytown, NY – Fall, 2025  This Halloween season, Anywhere Theatre Company dares audiences to journey beyond the fog of Baker Street and into the shadowy woods of Sleepy Hollow with the world premiere of Sherlock Holmes and the Legend of Sleepy Hollow – a thrilling new theatrical mashup of mystery, folklore, and frightful fun.

In this original stage production, the brilliant detective Sherlock Holmes and his trusted companion Dr. John Watson leave London behind to investigate a rash of eerie crimes plaguing a quiet Hudson Valley village. With whispers of ghostly hoofbeats and sightings of the infamous Headless Horseman, the line between logic and legend begins to blur – and even Holmes must confront the unexplainable.

A delightfully sinister blend of Arthur Conan Doyle’s sharp-witted sleuthing and Washington Irving’s legendary lore, Sherlock Holmes and the Legend of Sleepy Hollow offers a fast-paced, laugh-filled, and spine-tingling theatrical experience. From gaslit drawing rooms to haunted graveyards and chilling séances, every scene delivers a clever clue, a shocking twist, or a scream-worthy surprise.

The show will be performed at Makers Central, a unique converted warehouse space for makers and creators, just steps from Main Street in the heart of Tarrytown. It’s an unexpected and atmospheric venue that perfectly complements the immersive thrills of this Halloween production – an ideal destination on any fall visit to Sleepy Hollow Country.
